YouTube Live Quiz with Real-time Leaderboard -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are organizing a live quiz event on YouTube for a large audience of students (5000+ participants). The event will feature six timed questions over 1.5 hours. We need an expert to help set up and manage the following:
Google Forms & Sheets:
Create a Google Form with multiple sections for each quiz question.
Ensure timestamp tracking for response speed.
Automate response evaluation and ranking using Google Sheets.
Streaming Software:
Display quiz questions live using OBS Studio, StreamYard, or similar tools.
Set up a live leaderboard (optional).
Event Execution:
Monitor real-time responses and assist in determining winners.
Provide technical support during the event.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Forms, Sheets, and streaming software.
Experience in live quiz or event management.
Knowledge of Google Apps Script (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Duration:
1.5-hour event + 4-5 hours for pre-event setup and testing.
