Xero Bookkeeping Assistance
Budget: $3 – $10 SGD
Hi there,
We're looking for someone to help with administrative finance tasks:
- Creating quotations and invoices
- Checking expenses for correct tax & category
- Exporting GST from Xero
- Tracking payments and revenue in Google Sheets
- Vendor onboarding
Software: We use Xero for our bookkeeping. We use Zoho for expenses which would be great, or familiarity with another expenses platform.
Strong knowledge of Xero and Google sheets is a must. Zoho familiarity ideal, or other expenses platforms.
Most important is attention to detail and ability to follow templates, processes and instructions.
This is an ongoing role with hours required every week.
