Hello,
I am looking for a developer to build a 100% professional taxi booking and reservation system through WhatsApp Business API for my brand Taxi Esperes.
I want the system to work exactly like an Uber-style app but fully inside WhatsApp, so users never need to type anything.
AUTOMATIC WELCOME MESSAGE
When a customer contacts us for the first time, the bot must send:
Welcome to Taxi Esperes!

CUSTOMER SECURITY (ONE-TIME PHOTO)
For first-time customers, the system must ask for a clear selfie or photo.
The photo must be saved in a database with their phone number.
For future bookings, the bot automatically sends that photo to the driver.
REQUESTING A TAXI (FAST & EASY)
The customer taps a button that opens a custom map (form or external web page).
There, they select in one step:
Pickup location (origin)
Destination
Once sent, the system must:
Calculate distance (km)
Calculate estimated trip time
Show driver’s estimated arrival time to client
Calculate fare considering traffic by time:
6 AM to 8 AM → high traffic
4 PM to 6 PM → high traffic
Other times → normal traffic
Example message to customer:
Your trip will take 18 minutes and cost $3.90
The driver is 5 minutes away.

Cancel
AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL DRIVER ASSIGNMENT
I want to be able to switch on/off automatic driver assignment.
For example:
During the day, I assign manually
During the night, the system assigns automatically
DRIVER FLOW
When a driver receives an assignment, they must get via WhatsApp:
Customer name
Customer photo (if available)
Pickup location
Destination
Fare
Estimated trip time
Buttons
Accept
Reject
MUTUAL CONFIRMATION & LIVE LOCATION SHARING
Only when both client confirms and driver accepts, the system activates:
Real-time location sharing for both
Notification that trip is active
Logging all data in database
BOOKING IN ADVANCE
Customers can book by choosing day and hour via buttons:
Today, Tomorrow, Other
Predefined time slots
Then select origin & destination on the same map
The system saves the booking and:
Sends reminders 15 minutes before
Notifies me
Assigns driver automatically if automatic mode is active
CANCELLATION WITH BUTTONS
Both customer and driver can cancel via button
System must log who canceled and when, save to database, and notify the other party
AUTOMATIC DATABASE
All data should be recorded automatically in a database such as Google Sheets, Airtable or Firebase, including:
