Weekly PDF Data Entry Support

Each week I receive a batch of digital PDFs that need to be translated into clean, well-structured spreadsheets. Your job is straightforward but demands accuracy: open the PDFs I send every Friday, key all required fields into the shared Google Sheet (or Excel if you prefer), double-check for typos, and hand the file back to me before Monday morning.

I’ll supply a ready-made template so you always know where each value belongs. Consistency counts; the column order, date formats and any currency symbols must match the template exactly so my downstream reports don’t break. A quick spot-check for obvious anomalies (totals, missing rows, misaligned names) is part of the task.

Turnaround: once a week, same schedule, ongoing for as long as the quality stays high. If you use tools like Adobe Acrobat, OCR, or data-scraping utilities to speed things up, that’s fine—just keep the final sheet 100 % editable and free of hidden characters.

Deliverable every cycle: the updated spreadsheet, error rate below 1 %, timestamped in the file name.
