Weekly Google–Zoho Data Sync

Every week I pull fresh sales data into Google Sheets and now I need a reliable pair of hands to keep that flow organised, push the right numbers into Zoho Project Management, and maintain a master Excel workbook that actually tells a story at a glance.

Here’s the rhythm I’m aiming for. You’ll take the latest sales figures from Google Sheets, clean and structure them if needed, then sync any key metrics or task-related updates inside Zoho Projects so our team dashboard stays current. Finally, you’ll drop those same numbers into an Excel file that already holds the formulas I rely on (profit calculations, growth rates, simple forecasting) and build or refresh clear charts and graphs so I can see trends without digging.

To make sure we’re on the same page, deliverables look like this:
• Updated Google Sheet with the week’s sales data
• Zoho Projects board reflecting any resulting task or milestone changes
• An Excel workbook with working formulas and automatically refreshed visual charts
