WebApp scanner QR Code for Attendance (Google Sheets, App Scripts, Web App)

I need help to review a project.

I need to change the second part “2 Building an Android app using App Inventor”. I do not want use App Inventor because I do not need an Android App. I need a Web App, everyone can use this Web App, the difference is that this App should be built in a web App that has authentication before go to the scanner page to avoid anyone scanner QR Code.
Then I login the WebApp I go to a QR Scanner. I want to scan QR Code with the ID of the student, and want to look this ID in Google Sheets and register the date time the student arrived to scan his QR Code. In the Web App I want to receive a message with the name of the student to welcome him and a bottom to scan a new QR Code.
I need it beautiful, responsive solutions. Who can help me today?
