Virtual Job Applications Assistant for Tech

I’m looking for a proactive virtual assistant to take the entire job-application process for tech roles off my plate. Each day, you’ll comb Indeed for fresh openings that fit the criteria I share, tailor my résumé and cover letter to each position, and then submit the application through the employer’s portal or LinkedIn, Indeed’s quick-apply function.

To keep everything organized, you’ll maintain a simple tracker (Google Sheet is fine) with links, dates, and any next-step reminders so I never miss an interview request. All edits to my documents should stay consistent with my personal brand and the keywords common to the tech industry; I’ll provide the current master résumé and a base cover-letter template at kickoff.

Deliverables
• Daily shortlist of new tech jobs sourced on Indeed
• Customized résumé and cover letter for every approved listing (Google Docs)
• Proof of submission plus tracker update for each completed application

I’ll review the first day’s work as a pilot; once the approach is aligned, we move to ongoing daily support.
