Virtual Assistant for Spreadsheet Preparation

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can take full ownership of spreadsheet preparation for my day-to-day operations. Most of the raw information is already captured in emails and online forms; I simply need it organized, formatted, and presented in clear, well-structured Excel or Google Sheets files that I can share with stakeholders at a moment’s notice.
Here’s what success looks like on my end:
• Clean, accurate spreadsheets delivered on or before the agreed deadline.
• Consistent formatting—formulas, conditional formatting, and basic data validation where appropriate.
• A quick summary tab that highlights key figures or trends so I can review results without digging through rows of data.
If you’re comfortable with pivot tables, filters, and light data cleanup, that’s a plus, though expert-level analytics isn’t required. While my current priority is spreadsheet preparation, someone who can occasionally turn those same numbers into simple reports or presentations would be especially valuable as the workload grows.
