Vintage Clothing Inventory Sheets
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a vintage clothing store and need a set of connected Google Sheets that lets me keep a clear, up-to-date picture of what’s coming in and going out. The core information I have to capture each day is:
• every sale and every restock
• the commission the shop keeps on each sale
• the running total I owe each vendor at payout time
Because I’ll be typing the numbers in myself, the layout has to be simple and intuitive: type once, and the rest of the figures update automatically. Formulas should handle subtotals, grand totals, and a clean breakdown of commissions versus vendor payouts without my needing to touch a calculator.
Deliverables
1. Inventory & Sales Log – a sheet where I manually add or edit each transaction.
2. Restocking Tracker – a place to record new items as they hit the floor, with dates and quantities.
3. Commission & Payout Calculator – pulls from the log and shows commissions kept and the exact amount owed to each vendor.
4. Summary view – at a glance totals for daily, weekly, and monthly sales and restocking activity.
Everything must live in Google Sheets so I can share links with my team, and the formulas should be protected to avoid accidental edits. If you’ve built retail inventory trackers before, especially for consignment or vendor-based models, that experience will help us move fast. Let me know what you need to get started and roughly how long you expect each tab to take.
