Video Text Extraction to Google Sheet

I have a video that contains strings of text I need captured word-for-word and transferred into an Excel spreadsheet. As you watch, please record each distinct piece of text in its own row and populate a dedicated column labelled “Subdomain” exactly as it appears or is implied in the footage.
If the same text appears multiple times, enter each occurrence separately so that the sheet mirrors the sequence of the video.
