I have a backlog of information that needs to be transferred into a clean, searchable digital format. Accuracy is the priority, so every value must be checked before submission and figures or names must appear exactly as they do in the original material.

Here is what the assignment involves:
• You will receive source items in mixed formats (scanned pages, PDFs, or brief online references) and enter the content into the template I provide.
• The file must come back to me ready for immediate use—properly aligned columns, consistent date and number formats, and no trailing spaces.
• Turnaround is flexible as long as we agree on milestones and you keep me updated on progress.

Deliverable
A final spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—your choice) containing all rows correctly typed, double-checked, and formatted. I will spot-check several random lines; zero-error rows will mark completion and release.
