I need several documents containing both narrative text and numeric fields transferred into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet right away. The source material is already digitised (mainly PDFs and scanned pages) and readable; what matters is copying every word, figure and symbol exactly as it appears so the final sheet mirrors the originals with zero loss of detail.

Please work in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—as long as the file you return keeps each record in its own row and every column aligned to the template I will share. A quick turnaround is critical, so I’d like the finished file back as soon as possible; if you can start immediately and keep me updated on progress, that will be perfect.
