Update google sheets functions to add-on - READ BEFORE BIDDING

I have a group of Google sheet functions. I want someone to step through making them into an Add-On so I can use the functions in all my google sheets. That is it, no new development, help me step by step to create an add-on.
So I know you read this and did not spam me with generic bid, put your favorite add-on as the first word(s) in your bid. This will show me (1) You can read English (2) Can understand and (3) follows directions.
Don't learn on my time, let me know if you have created an add-on recently. I will pay $50 for this, even if it takes only 10 minutes to step me through the process. As a take-away, I will want a doc with screenshots that shows the steps 1, 2, 3, etc
