UiPath PerdComp Automation Bot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a Google Sheets file that already contains every field required to complete a PerdComp declaration. What I’m missing is an unattended UiPath robot that can take each row of that sheet, log in to the Ecac portal, and submit the PerdComp form automatically.
Scope
• Read PerdComp form details from Google Sheets through the UiPath Google G Suite activities (or another secure connector).
• Validate the data before each submission—mandatory fields must be present and every value needs to respect Ecac’s required format.
• Log in to Ecac with stored credentials, navigate to the PerdComp area, fill in the form, submit it, and capture the protocol/receipt number.
• Provide clear logging and exception handling so I can track any failed submissions and quickly identify the row that caused the issue.
Deliverables
1. UiPath workflow (.xaml) with clean, well-commented logic.
2. Config file (or Orchestrator assets) for credentials, URLs, and sheet IDs.
3. A brief runbook or video walkthrough showing how to deploy and schedule the robot.
