I need a Google Form system to streamline daily transport requests from staff. The form should be user-friendly and allow for automated list generation for WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Staff can select:
- Name from a dropdown
- Area from a dropdown
- Group/team (e.g., Dutch Team, German Team, Facilities)
- Pickup time (6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, or 10 PM)
- Form should:
- Collect submissions daily before 2 PM
- Automatically generate a list grouped by team and pickup time
- Allow admin to edit/update team/group names
- Generate a clickable WhatsApp link with formatted message
- Auto-clear for next day's use around 6 PM
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Google Forms and Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Sheets scripting
- Good organizational skills for form and data management
