Transfer PDF Tables to Sheets

I have a series of PDFs that contain text-only tables, all sharing the same column layout. I simply need each row copied exactly as it appears into a Google Sheet that I will share with you. Because every table follows an identical structure, once you map the first header row the rest is a straightforward repeat: one line in the PDF becomes one line in the sheet.

Accuracy is key—spelling, spacing within each cell, and the original column order must stay intact. No reformatting or interpretation is required; this is a pure data-entry job. When you finish, I expect a single Google Sheet with all rows populated and a quick note confirming the total number of records you transferred so I can cross-check against the source pages.
