Transcribe Paper Records Digitally

I need the information now locked inside paper documents moved into a clean, editable digital file. You will work from scanned copies of the papers and enter every detail exactly as it appears, preserving names, dates, numbers, and any text without introducing errors or inconsistencies. Accuracy and a careful eye matter more to me than speed.

Please use either Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV—whichever you prefer—so the final file is easy for me to sort and filter.

Deliverables
• A single spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV) containing every record from the paper source
• Consistent formatting that follows the simple template I’ll supply
• A quick note flagging any unreadable words or ambiguous figures you encounter

Acceptance criteria
All pages accounted for, no blank fields where data exists on the original, and the file opens without issues on a standard desktop spreadsheet program.
