Transcribe Handwritten Notes Digitally

I have several batches of handwritten notes that I will courier to you as physical documents. Your job is to key every word and number into the simple spreadsheet template I provide, proof-read your work for obvious transcription errors, and send the completed file back to me by email.

Because the source material comes straight from paper, you will need a reliable workspace where the pages can stay organised and clean. I do not require any specialist software—Excel, Google Sheets or even LibreOffice are fine—just make sure the final file follows the column order I give you and that no handwriting is missed. Accuracy is far more important than speed; if any word is unclear, flag it in a separate “Comments” column instead of guessing.

Deliverables
• One spreadsheet per batch, fully typed and saved in .xlsx format
• A brief log noting any illegible items or missing pages
• Confirmation that all physical pages are safely packed for return shipment (I will provide the return label)
