TikTok Engagement Tracking Sheet

I am launching a small (20-member, soon larger) WhatsApp engagement group for TikTok creators and I need a fast, transparent way to see who actually comments on every reposted video.

What I need built
• A Google Sheet or Excel file that lets me paste each day’s repost link and, in minutes, shows a green “commented” or red “missed” flag for every member—comments only, no like or watch-time data.
• Automated comment retrieval from the public TikTok posts, but with manual override fields so I can fix false negatives on the spot.
• A running summary that counts misses per member and instantly highlights anyone who’s fallen behind.
• An optional alert (email, in-sheet pop-up, or lightweight WhatsApp message—whatever is simplest) that pings non-active members once the sheet detects a miss.

How the workflow should feel
1. I manually add member names once.
2. Each day I drop the new repost URL into a cell.
3. The script pulls public comments, matches usernames, colour-codes results, and updates the dashboard.
4. Total daily admin time stays under an hour—even as the group grows.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning sheet with all formulas/scripts signed in my account
• Clear, step-by-step doc (or short screen-recording) showing how to add new links, adjust the member list, and trigger notifications
• Brief support window after delivery to be sure everything runs smoothly
