Text entry into Google Sheets

I have a collection of text-only PDF files that contain purely numerical data. I need every figure transferred into a Google Sheet with absolute accuracy and the same layout the PDFs follow (row-by-row, column-by-column). No images are involved, so the task is straightforward data entry rather than interpretation or cleaning.
You will get a shared Drive folder with the PDFs and an empty Google Sheet already structured with the correct headings. All you have to do is read each PDF, type the numbers into the matching cells, double-check totals where they appear, and let me know when each file is finished so I can spot-check.
Deliverable:
• One fully populated Google Sheet reflecting every number from every PDF, error-free.
If you work carefully and can start right away, this should be a quick, smooth project.
