Text-to-Spreadsheet Data Entry
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a collection of plain-text documents that need to be converted into a well-structured spreadsheet. Each document contains multiple records, and every field—names, dates, IDs, and notes—must be copied exactly as written, one row per record, with no omissions or re-ordering.
The job is straightforward but demands careful attention to spelling, casing, and consistent formatting. A clean header row and uniform data types (dates as dates, numbers as numbers) are essential. I am flexible on the tool you prefer—Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc—as long as the final file is delivered in .xlsx and .csv formats.
Please allow for a quick round of feedback after the first 50 rows so we can confirm layout and conventions before tackling the remainder. The project wraps up once the full spreadsheet passes a spot-check for 100 % accuracy and formatting consistency.
