Text Entry into Google Sheets

I have a collection of typed text files that I need rewritten into a Google Sheets workbook. Each file is organised in paragraphs and headings and contains a mix of words, figures, and the occasional date or percentage. Your job is to read through every file, pull out each heading with its associated paragraph-level content, and lay everything neatly into the spreadsheet—one row per paragraph, with separate columns for heading, body text, and any numbers that appear.
Accuracy matters more than speed. Every character from the source must make it into the sheet exactly as written, punctuation and capitalisation included. Numerical values need to stay numeric so the sheet can run basic calculations later. When headings repeat across files, keep the spelling and capitalisation consistent.
I’ll give you the Google Sheets link with editing rights plus a folder of the source files in plain .txt format. Once the sheet mirrors every paragraph and heading from the originals without omissions, the task is complete and I’ll close it off straight away.
