Text Entry into Google Sheets

I have several batches of printed reports that contain purely numerical information—quantities, totals, and reference IDs—that all need to be keyed into a Google Sheets workbook I will share with you. Each number must be entered exactly as it appears on the page and then run through a simple validation rule: it has to fall within the range I specify before we start (for example, 0–10,000). If anything sits outside that range, just flag the cell with a background color so I can review it later.

The sheet is already structured with the correct columns, so all you need to do is transcribe, validate, and save. I will supply high-resolution scans of the printed pages as PDFs; you may use manual entry, your preferred OCR tool, or a mix of both, as long as the final figures are accurate.

Deliverables
• A completed Google Sheets file with every numerical value from the provided documents entered in the correct row and column
• Cells outside the agreed-upon limits clearly highlighted for follow-up
• A short note (could be a new tab) listing any illegible numbers or pages that need clarification

Once the sheet passes a quick spot-check for accuracy and validation highlights, the project will be considered finished.
