Text Data Entry from Papers

I have a stack of paper documents that must be converted into clean, error-free digital text. Accuracy is everything here, so each line needs to be transcribed exactly as written and formatted consistently in the spreadsheet or word-processing file I provide.

This project is the immediate priority, but I’m also building a relationship for possible follow-on work in web research and content writing once we see a smooth data flow.

What you’ll do
• Read the handwritten or printed pages I scan for you
• Enter the text into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, keeping original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks intact
• Flag any illegible sections so I can double-check them
• Deliver the completed file in the agreed template, ready for import into our database

Accuracy will be checked with random spot audits; a 99% match rate is the acceptance threshold. Speed is appreciated, but precision comes first.
