Text Data Entry in Sheets

I have a collection of text-only records currently saved in Word and PDF files. Your job is to move that information, exactly as written, into a Google Sheet that I will share with you. The layout, column headers, and an example row are already prepared; you simply need to copy or re-type each entry into the correct cell, keeping spelling, capitalization, and spacing intact.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do need a reasonable turnaround. No formulas, calculations, or analysis are required—this is straightforward data entry focused solely on text. A brief spot-check of your work before hand-off will be appreciated.

Deliverables:
• Completed Google Sheet populated with every provided text record
• Basic visual check to confirm each row matches its source
