Text Data Entry & Organization

I have a collection of digital text files—mainly Word documents and PDFs—that need to be transferred accurately into a structured format. The task is straightforward data entry, but I still expect careful attention to spelling, line breaks, and any section headings so the final file mirrors the source content.

Scope of work:
• Open each Word or PDF file I provide.
• Copy-type or copy-paste the text into the target template I’ll share (most likely an Excel sheet or Google Sheet).
• Keep paragraphs, bullet lists, and basic formatting intact so everything remains readable.
• Double-check for missing pages or skipped lines before marking a document complete.

I will supply:
• A folder of digital files, clearly named.
• A step-by-step guide for the column layout and any mandatory fields.

Deliverable:
• A completed spreadsheet populating every row with the corresponding text from the original documents, ready for my review.
