Test Question Builder from a PDF Manual

Looking for a creative writer with fast typing skills to go through an FAA flight manual to created various multiple choice or true/false questions and insert them into a spreadsheet in a specific format and order to include the reference location within the manual. Will include a shared google sheet for quick reviews of specific question formatting and other items tied to the question writing. Looking for between 2000 to 2500 questions which might include the identification of an image. These questions can be purely fact based such as the minimum altitude while flying over a residential community at night is ____ ft or be scenario based such as Travis wants to fly over his neighborhood at night, what is the minimum altitude allowed? This project is not timed based but would like it completed in 1 to 2 months from the start of the project. The use of Grammarly and/or Scribens to proofread the questions will be needed.
