N8N Telegram Offer Bot
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I need a compact N8N workflow that turns my Telegram bot into a “deal” engine. When a user taps Start, the flow should automatically pull an offer from a Google Sheet, send the offer image in PNG format, and place a clickable link right below it.
Behind the scenes the offer data (image URL, landing-page URL, headline, expiry date, etc.) lives in a single Google Sheet. I also want a small, password-protected web form that lets an admin Add / Edit offers without ever touching the sheet directly.
Core requirements
• Telegram: on /start the workflow fires automatically—no extra keywords or buttons needed.
• Google Sheets node: fetch the row flagged as “active”
• Image handling: download PNG, relay it as Telegram photo, then present an inline button or a url with the offer link.
• Admin form: lightweight front-end (AppSheet, Google Apps Script, or a simple HTML page) wired to the same sheet, supporting add / edit / delete.
• Handover: export/import JSON for the N8N flow, short setup notes (env variables, bot token, webhook), and a quick test showing one offer delivered end-to-end.
If you’ve built Telegram automations in N8N before and can also wrap a form around Google Sheets, I’d love to work with you.
