I have already exported every 2024 transaction from Tiller Money into Google Sheets. The raw data contains both my personal and business expenses, and it still includes a few late-2023 rows that crept in. I need you to turn this export into a clean, accountant-ready workbook.
Here is what I need done:
• Remove any rows that fall outside the 2024 tax year.
• Separate income and outflow, then tag each line by type—food, travel, office, utilities, etc. (I will share the exact category list once we start).
• Highlight a custom date range that I specify so it’s easy for me to track a particular project period.
• Deliver two tidy tabs:
1. “2024 Transactions” showing every cleaned, categorized row.
2. “Summary Report” that totals income and expenses by category and flags personal vs. business subtotals.
Everything should stay in Google Sheets so my accountant can review it online, though formulas that also work in Excel are a plus. Accuracy and clear labeling are more important to me than speed, but I’d like the finished workbook within a week of hire.
