Tamil Nadu Stock Audit Support

I have carried out inventory audits occasionally and am very familiar with USB barcode scanners, so you will have clear guidance on the method I expect. On 22/06/2026 I need an extra pair of hands to complete a single-day stock audit across our branches in Tirunelveli, Coimbatore and Chennai. You may choose whichever of these three locations is most convenient for you, as the process and payout are identical at each site.

What the day looks like
– Bring your own laptop (mandatory) and plug in the USB scanner I provide.
– Sit with the branch manager to schedule your walk-through.
– Scan 800-1,200 barcodes directly into the shared Google Sheet I have prepared in Excel-style format.
– Physically count each item to verify the on-hand quantity.
– Resolve any shortages flagged by the automated variation report while you are still on site.
– Collect the manager’s signature for final sign-off and send me a photo of the signed sheet.

Time & fee
The whole run takes 4–6 hours. On successful sign-off you will receive ₹800.

Who fits best
Anyone with at least a 12th-grade, Diploma or Bachelor’s background who is comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel and can travel to one of the listed cities will do well. Prior audit experience is welcome but not essential; the procedure is straightforward and I will be available by phone for any clarifications.

Deliverable
1. Completed Google Sheet with all barcodes and verified quantities
2. Photo or PDF of the branch manager’s signed confirmation
