Survey Form Data Entry

I have a series of online surveys that must be completed accurately and on time. Each survey follows a straight-forward format, yet every response has to match the guidelines I will provide so that the data remains clean and consistent.

Here is what the work involves:

• Access the survey links I share and fill out every required field exactly as instructed.
• Double-check for typos, skipped questions, or formatting mistakes before you submit each form.
• Keep track of completed surveys in the shared Google Sheet so I can monitor progress in real time.
• Flag any unclear questions right away so we can resolve them before continuing.
