Surplus Funds Data Research

Job ID: 39726602

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I work with mortgage overages and need a detail-oriented researcher for an ongoing collaboration to dig into surplus funds records that I’ll give you access to. Your job is to comb through the databases, locate every usable surplus entry, and capture the key facts in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet.

You will have credentials to the paid public and court-record tools I already maintain, so no outside subscriptions are required. Simply log in, follow the search parameters I provide, and extract the information exactly as it appears—no guessing or “close enough” entries.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing each surplus item with docket/record number, property address, date of sale, overage amount, claimant name(s) if shown, and any deadlines or notes the record provides.
• Source link or file reference for every row so I can instantly verify the data.
• A brief end-of-day message summarising progress and any records that need clarification.
.Lien research that have priority or partial claim to the surplus funds before the claimint

Acceptance Criteria
• 100 % of the records in the assigned batch are accounted for.
• All numeric fields match the original source—spot checks will be performed.
• Spreadsheet is free of duplicates and obvious formatting issues.

Accuracy and speed matter far more than volume. If you can handle focused, repetitive research while keeping data pristine, this should be straightforward work with the potential for ongoing batches.
