Summary Sheet for Google Sheets Audit Doc

Building a google sheet to audit a process internally in my business.

I have supplied some dummy data to two sheets: 'Items' and 'Emails'

I need you to complete the formulas for the 'Summary' tab.

I need this task done URGENTLY.
