Student Study Tracker Dashboard System

I need a single Excel or Google Sheets workbook that will serve as my student’s academic command-center for the entire school year. The file should let me log daily study details, capture every exam score, monitor syllabus completion, and then turn that raw data into clean bar, pie, and line-graph dashboards without any extra clicks.

Daily Log
– A simple entry sheet where I can jot the date, total hours studied, and the subjects tackled. From there the file should quietly roll the figures into running tallies for each subject and week.

Exam & Syllabus Sheets
– Separate tabs should record individual test marks as well as percentage of syllabus finished per subject. I’ll supply a PDF that lays out the exact fields and grading format once we get started.

Dashboards & Automation
The moment I add new data, the visuals need to refresh automatically. Think pivot tables, dynamic ranges, structured references, or Apps Script/macros—whatever keeps the experience “type-it-in and done.” A landing page with key KPIs (daily average hours, upcoming syllabus gaps, exam trend lines, etc.) would be perfect.

Deliverables
• Fully-functional workbook in both Excel and Google Sheets formats, identical in layout and behaviour
• Built-in documentation: short “Read Me” sheet that explains where to enter data and how the metrics are calculated
• No external add-ins—everything must run natively in the platforms mentioned

Acceptance
I’ll test by entering sample data for two weeks and two exams; the dashboards must update instantly and the formulas must remain transparent (no locked cells).
