Staffing Scheduler

I have a pain point. I need to schedule about 75 therapists to schools based on location, number of days/hours available and certification/experience level. And then I need to have this send an assignment letter to the therapists the day of their start date that includes days assigned, hours assigned, site address, site phone number, site team member contact (email), leader team member contact.
