Spreadsheet to PDF Report Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a spreadsheet that stores student Grades alongside their Names. Each month I need a polished PDF report created from this data. I want to kick off the process with a single click—or a simple command—so a manually-triggered script, macro, or Google Apps Script is perfect.
Here is what I expect:
• A routine that reads the latest Grades and Names from the sheet and populates a clean, well-formatted PDF template.
• A way for me to trigger the export on demand (button in Excel, custom menu in Google Sheets, or a small Python script I can run).
• The generated PDF saved to a chosen folder and optionally emailed or downloaded directly.
• Clear instructions so I can adjust the spreadsheet columns or the template layout in the future.
If you have experience with Google Apps Script, VBA, or Python-PDF libraries and can set this up quickly, let’s get started.
