Spreadsheet Organization & Formula Setup
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I have several raw spreadsheets that need to be transformed into a clean, well-structured workbook. Your main job is data entry focused on spreadsheet management: first, organize all existing rows and columns logically, then create accurate formulas so the file updates itself the moment new figures are added.
What I already have:
• Multiple CSV/Excel sheets containing mixed-order data
• A rough outline of the columns I ultimately want to see
What I need from you:
1. Consolidate the source files into one workbook, keeping data integrity intact.
2. Re-label, reorder, and de-duplicate columns so the sheet reads intuitively.
3. Build formulas (lookups, sums, averages, basic conditional logic) that automate totals and highlight inconsistencies.
4. Hand back a final .xlsx file that is error-free and ready for everyday use.
Acceptance criteria
• No broken links or formula errors when I test with fresh input.
• All headers match the naming convention I provide.
• Workbook opens without compatibility warnings in the latest Microsoft Excel.
If you work comfortably in Excel (or Google Sheets) and enjoy bringing order to messy data, this will be a quick, rewarding task. I’ll share the files as soon as we agree on timing.
