Spreadsheet Formula Creation Help

I have several spreadsheets that need to move beyond basic data entry and become true decision-making tools. My main goal is to incorporate robust, well-structured formulas and functions so the sheets calculate results automatically and eliminate manual work.

Right now, the raw data is already in place; what’s missing is the logic that ties everything together. You’ll be designing and inserting the right mix of formulas—whether that ends up being lookups for cross-sheet references, logical statements to branch calculations, or statistical functions to summarise trends. I’m open to whichever functions best solve each requirement as long as the final workbook is clean, clearly labelled, and easy for a non-technical user to maintain.

I’ll share the current files, outline every desired output field, and explain any edge cases. All your work should be done natively in Excel or Google Sheets (whichever you prefer), without external add-ins. Once finished, I’d like a short, inline comment on each formula so I can tweak things later if business rules change.
