Virtual Assistant – Car Deal Research & Data Entry
Job Description:
I run a vehicle trading business in the UK and I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me find bargain cars on AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, and other UK car sites. Your job will be to collect details of potential deals, compare them against WeBuyAnyCar valuations, and enter the information into my provided spreadsheet template.
Tasks:
Search AutoTrader and Facebook Marketplace daily for newly listed cars.
Copy key details (registration number, make, model, year, mileage, asking price, location, seller type, etc.) into my Excel/Google Sheet.
Use the WeBuyAnyCar (WBAC) website to generate instant valuations and paste the figures into the sheet.
Compare each car to retail/comparable listings (3–5 similar cars) and record the average retail price.
Add basic notes (e.g., MOT expiry, listed faults, service history, cosmetic damage, tyres).
Flag any cars where potential profit is £1,000 or more after estimated repairs.
Requirements:
Good English and attention to detail.
Fast, accurate data entry skills.
Ability to follow clear instructions (video training will be provided).
Daily availability (minimum 1–2 hours per day).
Reliable internet connection.
(Optional but useful) Experience with UK car listings or automotive research.
Tools Provided:
Excel/Google Sheet template (already set up with formulas).
Training video and written SOPs showing exactly how to check WBAC and add data.
Payment:
