Simple Retail Inventory Spreadsheet
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a straightforward spreadsheet that lets our small retail shop monitor inventory while also capturing sales data. The sheet should:
• List each product with current stock on hand
• Deduct stock automatically when I enter daily sales figures
• Summarize sales by day and by product category so I can spot top-selling lines at a glance
A clear, beginner-friendly layout is essential because our bookkeeper isn’t an Excel power user. I’m happy with either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—as long as the file is easy to update and expands smoothly when we add new items later. A short set of instructions or quick demo notes will round things out.
