Simple Google Form and Google Site Created.

I need a simple, functional website created for an upcoming Spades tournament. The site should integrate with Google Forms for player registration and display tournament information clearly.

I will provide the image file (exported from PSD)
Should be visually appealing and easy to view on mobile devices


Player Registration

Google Form embedded on the site for sign-ups
I will provide the questions needed for the form
Form should collect: player name, email, phone number, and any other basic info


Live Player List Page

Automatically updates when new players register via the form
Shows current registered players
Pulls data from Google Form responses
Should be viewable by anyone (public)


Easy Access

All pages easily accessible from main navigation (Rules, Flyer, Register, Players)
Single shareable URL for the entire tournament site



Technical Requirements

Must use Google Workspace tools (Google Sites, Google Forms, Google Sheets)
No login required for visitors to view rules or player list
Must provide instructions on how I can edit/update content myself after delivery
