Simple Application to Collect Data

You can make in google/ microsoft or other to collect our data and help manager make decision - Transportation Industry. Please make sure data entry is smooth and possible through smart phone (google forms/ app or other way)
1. Enter details of trip a paticular vehicle is taking
2. Based on the trip see how much money to allot to a driver (pick up data from master)
3. In put data of how much top up is given to driver on their debit cards
4. Do reconcilliation with managment on how much allowance per trip and how much was transferred
