Set up automatic messaging from Google Sheets

We need to set up automatic messaging from Google sheets. How we want to see it: 1.When customer orders goods and givven us phone number, he recieves message, that goods have been ordered. 2. When product is recieved, when certain column is ticked, customer recieve automatic message. There will be 2 tipes of messages saved.
