Scrape Listings into Google Sheets

I need a clean, repeatable scrape that captures four fields—business name, address, phone number, and email—from both JustDial and Google My Business. Once collected, the data should flow directly into a single Google Spreadsheet, laid out in clearly labeled columns so I can sort and filter without extra formatting work.

Core expectations
• Pull only the specified fields (no ratings or reviews).
• Cover both platforms in the same run or in two passes—whichever keeps the sheet consistent and de-duplicated.
• Include a simple way for me to rerun or extend the scrape later (script, small tool, or documented steps).
• Respect site terms and typical anti-bot limits to avoid bans or CAPTCHA loops.

Deliverable
A shareable Google Sheet populated with the requested data plus the method you used (code file or clear instructions) so the process is reproducible.
