My top priority right now is keeping our sales spreadsheets crystal-clear and up to date. Each day I’ll pass you raw numbers pulled from our POS and ecommerce platforms; your job is to slot them into the correct rows, double-check formulas, and flag any anomalies before close of business.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Confident handling of Google Sheets or Excel (our files move between both).
• Fast, accurate data entry—no copy-paste errors.
• Light clean-up when you notice mismatched SKUs or missing totals, followed by a quick Slack note so I can investigate.

If you can automate repetitive steps with simple scripts or pivot tables, even better, but accuracy always comes first.

Most days the hand-off will take 30–60 minutes; at month-end we hit heavier volumes, so expect a few longer sessions then. Once the numbers balance, I may ask for a brief summary chart or snapshot to share with the sales team.
