Sales & Customer Data Assistant

I have daily streams of order information and customer details that must be kept perfectly current across my tracking sheets. All updates happen in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so you will need to be fully comfortable moving between both platforms, applying formulas where helpful, and keeping everything neatly organised.

The core tasks you will handle are straightforward but must be completed with zero errors and quick turnaround:

• Sales data – record new sales transactions, adjust inventory levels as items move in or out, and note any customer inquiries that affect pending orders.
• Customer data – refresh contact information, append purchase history to the correct profile, and log support tickets so my service team sees the latest status instantly.

Accuracy, consistent naming conventions, and respect for confidentiality are essential. I will share template files, walkthrough videos, and an example of a correctly updated sheet. Once you are set up, I expect a brief status note at the end of each day confirming that everything is synced and any discrepancies are flagged.
