START NOW Need for Google Expertise in WorkSpace a must

You must be a Google expert able to:
- jump in a screen share, no exception.
- able to start right away, preferably.
- address Google Workspace topics.
I have a Google Business Starter WorkSpace account, and I need to upgrade, if ultimately necessary, to an account.
We will need ongoing support. For now, I need to resolve today:
1- Able to share and allow external users to my WorkSpace organization to read and add comments in cells of Google Sheets.
2- To have my company be the "owner" of files created by Users of my Company / Workspace or external to it?
