SMS alerts for google sheets

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me set up SMS alerts for a Google Sheets project. This is for personal use, so my goal is to integrate my phone number with Google Sheets in order to receive presets alerts. It would also be great if there were message customization options, so I can tailor the alert messages to best suit my needs.
