I’m juggling too many priorities to chase down the details my business needs, so I’m looking for a dependable pair of hands to handle the research and then record every piece of customer information in a spreadsheet.
Your main focus will be targeted research—locating accurate customer data (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any custom fields I’ll outline). Once verified, each entry goes straight into the spreadsheet I’ll share with you (Google Sheets or Excel, whichever you’re more comfortable with). Consistency in formatting and zero duplicates are non-negotiable, as I rely on this sheet for direct import into my CRM.
Please cite or note each source in a separate column so I can audit information quickly. Timely progress updates and clear communication are important to me, but I’m flexible on the schedule as long as deadlines we agree upon are met.
Deliverable: one clean, fully populated spreadsheet containing all requested customer information, ready for upload. If you have prior experience with lead-generation research, web scraping tools, or bulk data handling, highlight it in your bid—I’ll give preference to proven expertise.
