Research & Submit Speaking Opportunities

Job ID: 40264194

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I am an established keynote speaker with two distinct tracks:

• AI & Meaning Shifts – exploring judgment, sensemaking, and human responsibility in an AI-driven world.
• The Swarm Effect® – my trademarked storytelling and executive communication framework.

I’m looking for a sharp offshore research assistant to systematically identify and submit high-quality speaking opportunities across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Primary Responsibilities
• Research conferences, executive summits, innovation events, and corporate meetings aligned with AI, leadership, communication, experience design, or technology.
• Confirm submission windows and speaking requirements.
• Match each opportunity with the appropriate talk track and submit using materials I provide.
• Track everything in a clean, organized spreadsheet.

Deliverables
• Ongoing tracker with event name, audience type, deadlines, submission status, and follow-up notes.
• Completed submissions lodged according to each organizer’s guidelines.
• Weekly summary outlining submissions made, new opportunities identified, and any decisions needed from me.

What Success Looks Like
• Consistent flow of qualified submissions.
• Zero missed deadlines.
• Increasing presence on well-aligned stages (not generic events).

Growth Opportunity
If you demonstrate strong research and initiative, this role can expand into proactive outreach and paid-opportunity sourcing, with potential revenue share on confirmed bookings.

Ideal Candidate
• Excellent written English
• Strong online research skills
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Comfortable representing a professional keynote speaker brand
• Interested in AI, leadership, or innovation is a plus

Compensation: Hourly or monthly retainer. Performance incentives possible.

If you apply, tell me how you would approach sourcing high-quality speaking opportunities rather than generic mass submissions.
